What a brilliant family fun day. Nick was so helpful both in choosing the right boards, providing safety equipment - even a float for my husband's sun glasses! We were all novice including our 12yr old niece. We felt safe with his equipment and he showed us all the basics before we set off.
We booked for an hour but could have easily spend longer. It is such a beautiful part of the river. Easier than closer Windsor and the passing boats seemed more respectful of us.
Can't recommend Nick and Just Sup enough and will definitely do this again :). Thanks Nick"

Despite the good old British weather doing it's worst we had a brilliant time. 6 of us booked for 2 hours, we got good initial instruction covering safety and how to get on and paddle, helped into the water and off we went. All the equipment was in excellent condition, the SUP Team were super friendly. Its such a lovely way to see the Thames, gliding along quietly even on a rainy day, maybe especially on a rainy day."

He is a patient, encouraging and friendly coach, whilst being vastly experienced about paddleboarding and staying safe on the water. Small groups, so plenty of time spent with each participant. Lots of time on the water, accredited course but no pressure to complete if you chose not to. Felt very safe. A quiet stretch of the river with slow current. Nick the instructor was very calm and patient and a giod communicator. We had a great time! Had to reschedule, as could not make the original booking, which was dealt with very quickly and professionally. Good customer service. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to booking again to practice what we learnt. Thanks again, great fun!"

We had a great hour paddle boarding at Runnymede. So much fun and very relaxing. Some expert tuition from Nick meant we were able to get on our feet relatively easily and then we spent the hour slowly meandering up and down the river. Very enjoyable and I would highly recommend."

My brother and I did a SUP beginners lesson with Nick and it was brilliant.
Nick was clear and efficient in giving us the essential theory before taking us onto the water. Learnt some techniques and the basics of SUP.
Super location, very beautiful and fairly quiet (traffic wise) stretch of river to learn on and convenient location also from a parking perspective.

Fantastic lesson for two of us with Nick today! What a lovely instructor - explained everything clearly, demonstrated what to do, gave helpful advice and encouraged us to have a go at some fun manoeuvres. The SUP session takes place on a beautiful stretch of river with gorgeous scenery. It's calm, relaxing and serene, but with a bit of excitement thrown in! Also, good quality equipment and easy to park just a couple of minutes' walk away. I couldn't recommend this more highly. We loved it."

We choose this experience to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were 4adults and three children. We were met by two very competent instructors they were informative on safety procedures. I would highly recommend this company for beginners and experienced SUP users Everybody had fun and truly enjoyed the day. ...I felt in such safe, calm company, Nick constantly kept his eye on me and my technique and used just the right combination of encouragement and motivation to challenge me whilst making the lesson fun and enjoyable too. I loved every minute of our hour out on the river and it is such a bonus being able to see such beautiful scenery from a completely new perspective. The lesson gave me more confidence, helped me go over and reinforce techniques I had been taught during my first lesson and has definitely left me hooked and wanting more!"

Rob made us feel so confident on the water and he had us all standing up and paddling in no time. He gave clear and concise instructions and really encouraged all members of the group. I'd never managed more than a minute standing on a board previously but Rob carefully explained where to shift and centre balance and now I feel much more able! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Just SUP, fair pricing, great instructors, wonderful location and brilliant equipment."

It was a fantastic experience. Nick gave us the sufficient instructions, to be able to stand almost straight away. He is very knowledgeable and made the full group to really get the right tips and to do it properly from the beginning, and the equipment is in immaculate condition. Me and my husband had a great time learning how to stand up paddle board…I was initially a bit nervous and wobbly but the tuition was great and teacher very calm and reassuring so before long we were much more relaxed and enjoying ourselves! A professional team lead by Nick with very good communication skills, involved and passionate by what are they doing, equipment at very good standards, teacher with experience and training skills, so the lessons represent a pleasure. Nice and clean location with historic background, on a meadow between Windsor and Staines, very close to "Magna Charta's" signing place, with availability places for parking and a Cafeteria. Booking was easy and for a 2 hour lesson (which was bit longer with the land training) I thought it was good value. The training was given in simple terms and everything was done at my pace. Nick made me feel that I could do it. So off we went onto the river. I know I was slow and wobbly but I managed to stand up and get a fair way along the river and back with Nick offering encouragement and support alongside me. Yes, I fell in and got wet. But actually that wasn’t as bad as I expected and you have to learn to get back on anyway!! The time seemed to go by quickly and by the end of the session I was buzzing. It was a great experience with the added bonus of seeing a different side of the river - if you dare look around!! I have now booked an Improvers lesson because I want to improve. I have recommended it to some friends and we plan to book a session together. Nick is such a good instructor; knowledgeable, patient and a motivator. He knows a lot about the river too!! If you’re unsure, give it a go. I loved it."

Had another great lesson with Nick at Just SUP UK this weekend. Nick is a great instructor and we all learned so much in the session on the water. For those who don't think lessons are necessary , think again, as this is the best way to learn paddle-boarding skills and gain confidence, safely, on the water - and Nick is the perfect instructor. He teaches with a fun, relaxed style and makes sure everyone gets equal attention and encouragement. Lots of attention to safety on the river and the added bonus of interesting local facts! The group had lots of laughs and even a few splashes! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn and gain the skills you need to enjoy this fabulous sport!"

I have done sup during holidays but learned soo much more from experienced Nick. The scenic path is lovely and Nick gave some historic information regarding the area. This was a awesome experience!
I have tried SUP before and overall people are very nice, but in this case Nick just went the extra mile showing us the wild life, telling us about the history of that part of the Thames, showing some really cool techniques for turning and paddling and overall being a really good teacher.
I highly recommend just SUP uk to anybody that just want to try a fun day out or even for those that want to try to master their techiques since Nick is quite experience."
